After four years of litigation, two LGBTIQA+ drag queens had their case against me dismissed in August 2023.
They appealed and in March 2026, their appeal was upheld. I've been ordered back to court. Even more years of litigation lie ahead.
Legal action is easy for rainbow political activists. They are backed by the taxpayer-funded LGBT Legal Service which in recent years received more than $400,000 from Queensland taxpayers, according to page 12 of its annual report.
My lawyers are from the not-for-profit legal firm, Human Rights Law Alliance, a firm that focuses on freedom cases like mine. HRLA receives no taxpayers’ money. My case has already cost a substantial amount and has been funded thanks to generous fellow citizens like you.
Your gift today will ensure I have the best legal defence possible.
But this case is not about me. If my free speech is cancelled, yours is too.
Thank you for your support.
